Life, School, and Relationship Talk!

So, this isn't my average type of post, but let's see how this goes. I haven't posted for a while because my Internet has been down, idky? Anyway, it's up and running again, I'm excited! It's Tuesday today and it still feels like a Monday to me? Last night we had a quiz on filing and office procedures, seemed like an easy quiz to me? Hope I passed it lol. I still am unemployed and its extremely annoying! I want to work already, this economy needs to get back to what it was like asap. Please? Other than not working, I skipped yoga this morning and yesterday too, I've been lazy lately, I've got to stay motivated! I still don't drink soda, well I had some over the weekend, not even a cup though, just took some sips out of Tim's cup. I think it's almost a month now that I dropped soda completely! I'm officially stuck on water and Crystal Lites or whatever the heck they're called. I love them! My favorite is the strawberry, I've heard people talk about how good the raspberry ones are so I might pick those up next time. Other than that, I'm still eating pretty healthy, cutting back on fatcals and junk food. Trying to! It's sooo hard, but well worth it. I go see my nutritionist on Thursday for the first time in like four years, I wonder if she'll be nice? Hopefully, I'll update you guys on that process. O yeah, and so far, it's been two months of eating no red meat! Wooo hoo! lol.

Now to talk about school, ugh pfshhh, O my gosh school right about now is not in my favor. I've got so much crap going on there that I think twice about going, but I have to go. I'm done with school in June. Gosh I'm so excited! Off to externship at a doctors office or even a hospital. Ahhh! Crossing my fingers to land a job! Yesss! Finally, this is all I've been working so hard for. But seriously though, I love school and all, but being in a class full of women is DRAMA. Sooo much drama, everything is competition, always talking about someone, at one point we all got along I guess? Really though, we are mature women, let's all get along! Yet the younger girls (ones that just got out of high school) still act immature and spread rumors. No one cares guys, seriously, I know I don't and you girls still speak of me as if I was some famous person? Lol. Whatever, when is it ever fun to speak of the nerd? the girl whose gotten a 4.0 GPA since day one? What is there to say about me? Ahhh! Who knows? Who cares!?

Enough about school, Timothy and I, it cannot get any better! I love this boy! We've been together for 1 year and 3 months. Engaged for 6 months, if you girls didn't know, I ASKED TIMOTHY ROMERO TO MARRY ME. Mmmm hmmm, I popped the question, I bought him a ring and asked him to marry me. In the parking lot of our mall lol, it was insane, I was going to go on a trip that weekend, unfortunately without him; so I figured, I love this boy, this is the man I want to spend the rest of my life with. He's my everything and he completes me; so I did it. We've been engaged ever since then, he got me an engagement ring as well, it's huge! I love it, I'll try and put some pictures up of the rings if you guys want to see? Anyway, I love him. He's the one for me. We've gone through so much crap together, him being unemployed, then me being unemployed, trying to get a place together(which we still haven't done), other more personal things that I'd rather not speak about; no cheating, nothing of the sort. In the end though, he's my prince. I love him.

BCBG Lexs Heels

I haven't been blogging for a while but here are the shoes Timothy bought me in Ontario! We went shopping on Sunday & he bought me lots of things, which I loved! These BCBG shoes are ones I got at Bakers Shoes at the Ontario Mills Mall in Ontario, CA. They were on sale for $19.90 original price on these babies was $89.95; did I get myself a deal or what?! I was proud of my bargain shopping. Haha! I haven't wore them out yet, they seem to be very comfortable, I walked all around my room in them! =) I'm going out with my girls on Friday so I think I might wear them then; an over sized white shirt, an amaretto/tan colored belt, jeans and my new shoes! Wooo! I got myself a kickin' outfit! =D The color of the shoes is Amaretto/Raw Leather, style name is BG-LEXS. I will update you guys more on the other things I got. Smooches*

Hippie Headband

This is my first accesory review, I'm doing it on a headband I purchased from Target on Thursday. I've got to admit though, I got the idea from DulceCandy. In one of her videos and on her blog, she's rocking one & I loved it! I bought the last one there that day, lol, it cost $7.99. Kind of expensive if you ask me for a friggin headband, but whatever I like it. It's kind of like a gun-metal color and it has little sequences on it, same color maybe a little lighter, I also looove how it's the strechy material. I like it in general, my mother seemed to like it too; I think it took her back in time lol jkjk I love you MOM! Lol. I ended up kind of crunching my hair well my own way of doing that with my flat iron =), I tried it on at first with straight hair and to me it seemed as if it needed life! Lol, so I voluminized the hurr and crunched it & Voila! Got me a hippie, 60-70's hair do! What do you all think?? Yey or ney? Let a sister knooow! Love, Denysse

Tropicalia

New Nail Polish from Wet n Wild I just got from Target on Saturday. I put on two coats that day and still, my nails looks fresh! I like their new nail polishes, the handle is tiny and the brush is perfect. Today, I went to Target again and bought myself another Wet N Wild nail polish; will do a review on that probably this weekend. Didn't blog for a couple days because I had finals this week, had to study my butt off! Finally done with that for this month, on to something new on Monday at school. Glad I passed the finals today though!! Anyway, about the nail polish, I really like it, it reminds me kind of like a orange-y/pinkish nail polish. I like it very much! It looks good especially right now, spring time!! I've been tanning lately, still in the process of getting the Carmel color I want though; I've yet to manage that, haha, shows how much I procrastinate tanning. Haha! Again, hope you all enjoy this little review. Early AM Yoga tomorrow morning in my backyard; I've got to release some tense and stress from school. Meditation is the power to succeed, to manage your ability of being around those you don't favor as much as the ones you do. Bohemian Style!!

The look in this picture was pretty much just a variety of blues && teals. I said "Bohemian Style" because of the way I did my hair that day. Lol! I grabbed some hair from the side of my head and made a skinny braid, then ran it across my forhead pinning it down with a "bobby-pin"! I liked it, it turned out pretty cool! Citrus Inspiration..!

This look was basically inspired by the shirt I was wearing in this picture. The shirts from AMERICAN EAGLE, just a regular orange tee I got back in December. I love that shirt! It has a huge yellow eagle on the front. Just a basic orange/yellow eye! Hope you like, perfect for summer/spring!
